Grants

The Maryland Historical Trust administers grant programs that assist in a wide variety of historic preservation-related activities. Each program has different eligibility standards, requirements, forms, and deadlines, so please be sure to read each program’s guidelines and contact the appropriate MHT staff person prior to submitting an application. To learn more about a particular grant program, click the appropriate button below.

FY 2022 Maryland Heritage Areas Grant Program

The FY 2022 Maryland Heritage Areas Grant round is now open! Intent to Apply forms are due by 11:59 pm on January 29, 2021. Grant guidelines and eligibility, as well as links to the application forms, can be found on the program page.
