The Maryland Historical Trust administers various grant programs that assist in a wide variety of historic preservation-related activities.
Each program has different eligibility standards, operating regulations, applications and deadlines, so please be sure to read each
program’s guidelines closely to make sure your project is eligible. MHT encourages applicants to contact the appropriate MHT
staff person prior to submitting an application. To learn more about a particular grant program, click the appropriate button below.

FY 2019 Non-Capital Historic Preservation Grants
Applications are now being accepted for Fiscal Year 2019 Non-Capital Historic Preservation grants.
Intent to Apply forms are due on by 11:59 pm on July 9, 2018. The deadline for completed applications
is 11:59 pm on October 1, 2018.
The application must be submitted through our online grant application portal.
