Accessing Grant Applications and Reports Online

Note: through August 31, 2025, MHT will transition from its legacy grants portal to a new grants portal. Both portals will be available during this time and will require separate logins to access. See below to learn what materials can be accessed through each portal.

The following browsers are recommended to access both portals: Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

Legacy Grants Portal: Closed Grants and Reports Due By August 22, 2025

To submit a report due by August 22, 2025, please use the legacy grants portal to access the materials you need.

If in the past you have applied for a grant and you would like to download your previous application materials and/or reports, please be advised that you will be able to do so through this portal until August 31, 2025.

New Grants Portal: FY26 Applications and Reports Due After August 22, 2025

If you applied for the FY26 round of the Historic Preservation Capital Grant Program or the African American Heritage Preservation Program, you can access your application by using the link to the new grants portal.

For all grant programs, you will also use the new grants portal to submit any grant reports due after August 22, 2025.
